From a personalized meal plan to a live Grocery Guide, you’ll get the tools you need to get started. For accountability, we’ll use photo food logging and messaging through the Healthie app.

Continue moving toward your goals while maintaining changes you’ve already made.



Keep the ball rolling with bi-weekly check-in calls, continued food journal review, weekly feedback and between session message support for motivation and accountability.
